As the title says is there any way to get badges of honor from playing PvP?

Nope.
WvWvW =/= PvP
These are two different modes.

IMO WvW isnt that great, cause its something like… open mass pvp, which looks cool, and it’s possible to write about it really nice, but it would be better to have something like GvG, than open WvW. Open WvWvW makes this mode awful, and just next zerg farm mode.

GvG would be more balanced, while WvW is open, then if ur playing with ur friends in the team that has 10people, then u can be smashed by 50 people It makes no sense.
And most of people go there just to farm gold/achi… whats sucks.

GvG would have some guild leaderboards, and there would be some great prizes, while in WvW we’ve got whole server leaderboards (who cares about a whole server ;f), and no prizes, cause they cant surely reward the people of the entire server, if this server is good – it would be strange, cause they would reward some people for free Just for being on the best server – wow, how stupid. Because if they will, then every1 will change a server- simple :P
