Silentshoes (Thief), Wind of the Woods (condi ranger)

In a complex, team-oriented game like GW2, how do you come up with a single Rating number to judge a person’s overall “skill”.
Skill at what, exactly? Dueling to take or keep a point? Protecting teammates with CC using exquisite timing? Knowing map strategy and using it wondrously well?
This is why custom “dueling arenas” will be hugely popular, I believe. They will give people a more simple, traditional way to judge their “PvP skill”…that of a boxing match.
Not a more accurate way. But a way that many will feel they understand.

You can be a duel hero. Then you go to play tournaments with 0 experience and don’t even know what to do.
Rating=wins
Wins=skill and routine
Glory rank=time spent
Time spent= routine
Wins = team synergy and coordination at executing a great strategy. It should be called “Team Rating”, not individual rating.
