And ruby queues for both gamemodes continue to go above the 10 min mark whether solo or partied. At this point I am pretty much convinced that all the farming and afks and bunker builds have made people say screw it for the final 10 day stretch.

Is it just me, or does it get x10 worse on the weekend.

Last weekend it was. for some reason I’ve been having somewhat fair matches…

It’s unfortunate, a friend of mine who is an exceptional PvPer in RIFT was looking for a new game to try. I was going to recommend GW2, but after this League mess I considered otherwise. It’s honestly a massive joke and leads me to believe the developers have no clue how to turn PvP into something even halfway decent.

Could we stop putting 3 and 4 of the same class on one team please? please?

I could understand if maybe they were teamed. Or a mix match of duos. But I checked…they weren’t.

I don’t know if it’s the weekend but between last night and now I’ve experienced like 15 of these:

Only took a couple of screenies, I would take more but I’m tired of losing pips.
Clearly it’s not just friends teaming up for some matches, people must have found a way to exploit this new matchmaking because every time I’ve seen these low division compositions on the other team they have utterly dominated the match, whereas when I faced full rubies vs full rubies (maybe one or two sapphires here and there), matches were pretty well balanced skill wise.

I lost faith, c ya in Season 2.

yeah, this season is a joke, no need to worry. I have accepted this, and main thief now, again… the QQ is amazing when I join a match lol

Matchmaking is truly horrible today. Went from 21 to 14 pips in diamond.

Not only that but the amber player d/ced right before the match started…we lost 1 pip though for it.

I had a similar experience. Yesterday I was in a team with 4 condi necromancers (I was playing Scrapper) and the other team had 4 Tempests (all with Diamond Skin of course) and a Druid. EVERYONE was solo q, no teams whatsoever. You can imagine how the match went. To add insult to injury we all lost 2 pips from that impossible match-up

The last screenie has got to be my “favorite” thus far. 8 out of 10 players being necros. 6 of those were solos. sigh

I’d just won 4 in a row, got to diamond tier 4 and 2 pips (only ever soloq’d), then all of a sudden 10 straight losses and back down to tier 2 and 2 pips.

What has happened these last few days?

Matchmaking was catastrophic again today. Like playing and barely winning against teams with 4 legendaries but only gaining 1 pip. Then loosing 2 pips next game for a much tougher game. I think it is stupid that you need to reach x points with your team to reduce pip loss. Against bunker teams it is very hard to even reach 200 points once you lost an objective

Well the fixing of the people DC and lose pips never got fixed – needed sorting weeks ago.

It does seem improved though…

It is hapenning to me too. Every single time I reach 23 or 24 pips, I start getting very bad matches and lose like 10 matches in a row.
Btw, I noticed that today there were many matches with unbalanced teams like 3 thieves on the same side, 3 dh, 3 elem, etc. (and the other team having none). All those players were solo.

What? I’m ruby and this weekend have not had a queue more than 4 mins.

Yup. As a party it took over 50 minutes one night, so I tried a duo which hit the 20 minute mark before we simply gave up, and a solo q netted me a 10 minute timer. If you look around HotM, it’s pretty vacant as well. I just wanted to do my 3 matches a day, but I gave up on trying to get into a single match and went back to working on the fractal backpiece instead. Not interested in spending 3 hours just to get placed in all lopsided matches when I can spend far less time doing other things in game that are much more enjoyable than that.

Now when season ended I ended with this…Right after reset at 26.01 I was in middle of match…if i didn’t earned just one pin I could be in legendary.

After being stuck and fighting 5 days in last tier diamond i finally ended with this…. Now i can’t stop tormenting myself with thinking where i would have been and how much frustration could be avoided if matchmaking change wasn’t rushed so much.

I am not rageing just depressed about how pointless was my participation in this season. One rushed upadate can ruin all your effort, hard work and fun in this game, especially if you are solo queuer. Few days ago i was proud that i was in diamond, now i feel like pice garbage.

Now when i read that top ESL players predict no future for ele and mes wchich are my favorite classes and knowing that untested big changes can be droped down in middle of sesson i really don’t see point for myself to play pvp or even rest gw 2 content right now. I am happy that many solo queuers were able reach legend division even against this unfair odds and i hope they will achvie this again in next sessons. I after this 2 months i am burned out and hopelles.
