Celestial amulet needs buffs
I currently run celestial on my d/d thief and I win almost all of my fights against randoms in practice mode.

Engineers tend to have too much CC. If half of their CC was removed (including rifle) the meta would be much more balanced imo. Kits give engineers too many options compared to other classes who only have 2 weapons to switch between.

Ya take away the rifle. We could just give them a stick to swing? Stick AA : Swing weapon, 5 damage : 2nd swing, 10 damage but adds 2 stacks of annoyance. I think this thread is heading in the right direction.

Yes. Anet please make celestial viable for necro, mesmers and thieves.
Well OP is not entirely wrong. Celestial gameplay is rather cool: you can alternate between a slow condi gameplay and a fast power mini-burst. The problem is, might gives this amulet to much of an advantage on three particular professions.
