I noticed that when I’m in the mists all of my gear has its pve stats, im worried to queue like this and i cant find any guides online or anything from Anet explaining what they have changed.

Can anyone please explain to me as though i was a child how do i gear up now for Structured PvP??

Also to make me less mad does anyone have a link or anything where Anet actually explained what they were doing?

Just read a tooltip that says use the PvP build button “at the top of the screen” took me awhile to find it as its in the Hero tab and i assumed it would be somewhere there, thank you any way hopefully if anyone else is a confused child they will see this.

*Still confused on what to do with my characters armor.

Nope, it’s purely cosmetical. On the other hand you have to equip items for the Chest, leg and Boot slots for max armor rating – these can be lvl 1 white items too without stat, you just have to have something in those slots.

There is a PvP build menu on the middle top of your screen while in the Heart of the Mists, you can set your stats there in form of an amulet, along with runes, sigils etc.

Armor does not matter again in pvp build button you choose only the runes that matters
