I think the commentator tools on tournaments are really bad. Mostly the commentators don’t mention everyones build, they usually look at gear and at traits etc. Would be better if you had a window for every character and short information of what kind of build they use, short display of their traits, runes and sigils and skills.

Mostly when i look at tournaments i get easily bored, it’s like they don’t know what they are talking about or they simply don’t have anything important to say about what is happening.

I’m doing Solo Arena, been doing it for a while, but still. Arena need something more, something hotjoin doesn’t have, something that makes the matches explode and increase the intensity. I don’t really get excited watching tournaments. Not e-sport material.

In games like Dota, LoL, HoN etc there’s a lot of things you can look at, what items are they buying, how will they farm, will they tri-lane, how will they build their hero, what will happen next, will they kill roshan? everything is situational.
In GW2 SPvP it’s about not dying and capture points and depending on which map, you have treb, animals etc.

It’s not enough to keep it interesting. Make it more like a Moba already.

You can open a window for any character to show every aspect of his build. Builds are commonly observed at the start of each team’s opening match- and on occasion during a match.
