Feel free to add more after this list (I’m just putting a few key issues off the top of my head).

[note: The following points are not listed in any particular order in terms of importance]

- Paid tournaments cost too much.

- No proper matchmaking making system: to put players with equal ranks on a team against players with similar ranks on the opposing team.

- Need more pug 5v5 servers (16 players: 8v8 is too scrambly).

- Better lag optimization (avoid random rubberbanding) (htt6p://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNtxxvDwx_A&feature=player_embedded -> @1:30. That type of lag may have had zero impact on that particular fight, but just saying; imagine rubber-banding right when you’re avoiding a nuke skill…… QQ).

- More game mods other than CTP (refer to the video above: introduce more gameplay style other than pressure/defend ~ run when you get too low. Everyone in the vid seems to be just doing that… all the ele, the thief at least… and most importantly, the good players in that video simply knows when to get out. Yes, the points stack up eventually, but there’s litrally no game transitions between any period of the game. Cap a point, help a point, defend a point; that type of CTP gameplay gets a bit repeatitive after awhile).

- More core builds for each class (like, we didn’t see a lot of guardian action in that video, but we did see that ‘one guardian’ in that clock tower ‘teamfight’. What was he doing before? I’m guessing… ^ probably was just sitting on that point sipping his coffee & waiting for teamfights to happen).

- As a 3D action MMO (ie. you can tell in the video that mobility means everything to roamers and solo contesting a point), it’s exactly why every class needs to have some sort of mimick mechanics.

As you can see in the video, it’s always the ele fights the thief (two best mobility roamers), and guardians showing up only in teamfights. That’s speaks hugely for the imbalance ‘skill mechanics and builds’ distributions along each classes.
