You wondered why you do not see much elementalist in spvp?
Let me tell you a few.
1) Bored from the first hit to burn all their cool downs to survive
2) Bored play builds you want like (fresh air) only build that can play in spvp and the self with 15k-16k hp is not sustainable when you have 916 toughness
3) All have a decent healing signet especially warriors are over power. (Forgot you said you would drop 8% 400 healing per sec -8% is 28 healing per sec I would say 30 healing per sec is ridiculous nerf)
4) skill 3 in sword (stab) to thieves is pug makes evade all attacks
5) All condition builds are over power outside of elementalists
Elemantalist have interesting gameplay is nice class the question is whether you want them so weak then tell us to stop playing
May prescribe problems of elementalist for pages I think enough for today

2. I’ve seen other specs work than only GC. I ran across an ele the other day that was virtually unkillable. That speaks more to the quality of player than to the class though. That said, eles do need help.
3. Yes, warriors are OP
4. I don’t see as many thieves running S/D these days. Most of them switched over to S/P. Pistol whip as a skill is OP right now.
5. Condition damage is definitely too strong at the moment.

One other point: AOE in general in this game is too strong. I’d like to see AOE damage nerfed by 15% across the board and single target damage increased by 15%
