Cond removing abilities too effective against cond specs
I don’t find it too bad. If they take a skill that removes condi than that means they have 1 less skill they can use else ware. Same goes for traiting. And also I would never go full condi build.
but the opportunity of defeating the enemy is provided by the enemy himself.
I think that pure condi builds generally tear me apart. They just have to force me to waste my condi removals first. I play a guardian btw. Usually the way it’ll hapkitten if I see enough condi focused enemies, ill swap some skills to have more condi control, but even then, the cooldowns are rather high. So once I blow those, that would be a good time to start a heavy stack. I would be willing to bet that is you put 5 or 6 stacks, someone will try to remove it. After that point is a good time to stack heavier.
Condition damage can’t be mitigated otherwise (besides health pool and healing), it’s all or nothing, like many of the removals. The thing is unless you spec completely condition removal, conditions on necros and rangers are reapplied rapidly and in large quantity, so it’s really only gone a once in a condition removal cooldown. If you notice you’re fighting a heavy condition removaler, tell your team and avoid fighting them because you’re making yourself useless and making them useful
Necromancers and rangers reapply conditions ridiculously fast. I never have an issue with anyone removing my conditions so fast that I’m stuck doing no damage as a condition necro/ranger.
