Way early on the meta was a lot more focused around burst. Engi’s had their hundred nades, warriors with their hundred blades… and necro’s which were left in the dust! Now there’s such a thing called condi burst. Condi burst? Conditions are meant to whittle someone’s hp down, not obliterate it as if it were bursted by a jihad ele or thief. The main problem is centered around condi’s going hand in hand with toughness. In the end everything has to balance out & there isn’t any such thing at the moment.

P.S. MM Necro’s, Spirit Rangers (Not as bad anymore.) & a Warrior build or two need some looking at.

engi’s nades shouldn’t really be considered ‘burst’ seeing how it’s so consistent in its ridiculous damage.

Well you can avoid nades without using dodge so it’s kind of natural that those do good damage.

You can’t avoid nades like that if you’re on point… not to mention the cleave

Yeah, I gotta say, I love my Guardian, but I run the usual bunker, with a crap ton of condition removal, and it’s kind of sad that even when I cleanse 3-4 conditions at a time, I’m sill getting chunked down for a lot of my health just from the burst. I’m not even sure where the hell the burst is coming from lol it’s just a crap ton of conditions, then they’re all gone, then they’re all back and i’m half dead like what? O_O
