Condition v Power
Considering that half the complaints on this forum are about dh, i find your argument unconvincing.
Condi Warrior and Condi Mesmer are the only meta condi builds. (Unless you’re talking about proleague where condi Mesmer and necro are the only condi builds)
It’s not surprising that they gave condi some more rune and amulet options, especially since condi builds have significantly less amulet options than power builds.
WvW’s condi problems are caused by Dire/trailblazer stats and perplexity runes. If WvW was on the sPvP stat system WvW wouldn’t have those issues.

I play DH dude.. my question is towards there being a bias in supporting condition based builds over power. As someone who uses both, it’s very obvious that condition based builds are currently stronger than power except for example, Bunker Druid, Power Scrapper, and Auromancer. I’m including the new changes which were announced to support this. It basically feels like we’re slowly being pushed towards condition based builds; and it’s something that has been happening over the year. The fact that many people complain about certain builds or classes doesn’t make those people completely wrong because you disagree with them. I mean people are saying stuff like ‘Rev was the only bunker build killer’ which yes, is not true but at the same time it removes a class build that could do it really well.
Imo, pvp really does back build diversity, and by removing the viability of certain builds, and classes it makes the game completely boring. Everyone plays very similar stuff, and many times depend on playing a certain way as it’s the most effective. The argument of there being 8/21 amulets on condition alone being a justification on adding more condition based runes and amulets is completely irrelevant when only 3-4 out of the 21 amulets are actually competitive in power based builds.
In terms of WvW yes, and no. The major problems are with Epidemic not having a limit on how many conditions are spread, whilst being unblockable for example.
You forgot d/p and staff thf. And if you’re running meta dh, you really shouldn’t be having a problem with condis. Neither condi mes, condi necro nor condi war should stop a meta power dh in most circumstances.

And rev, and guard, and thief. Their condi builds are way worse, even after 13th nerfs/buffs. Only “meta” condi builds are warr, nec and mesm, and nearly half their dmg is power, so ~80% of pvp dmg is power based.
I only have one (major) problem with conditions : they are spike damage.
Which shouldn’t be. If they really want them to be spike damage, make them need 3 stats to be viable like power. But really, they should be dots or “tactical” (confusion damage on skill use, torment on movement).

Very few condition loading skills are doing spike damage to you.
The only spike is from either high stacks of burning or high stacks of confusion on skill usage.
10 stacks of bleeding will only do like 2-3k damage in 2-3 seconds. That is far from a spike damage. Torment is similar as long as you keep your movement to minimal.
