Consecutive wins

The consecutive win system didn’t work out so well in Guild Wars because people would Sync or play when everyone else was asleep and farm pugs.
This should be applied to SoloQ, improving teamwork, rewarding casual and skilled players over farmers.
Once you reach your skill level appropriate MMR, you stop winning consecutively and instead start losing about 50% of the time (resulting in a constant rank rather than a fluctuating one). Thus, this suggestion makes no sense.
