I was wondering if Arena net could add a new weapon rune that would cripple the target for 3 seconds with 60% chance on critical? I know there is the one that causes chilling but its 30% chance and when people are constantly running away and what seems perma-evading (I know its not its a thief skill + short bow skill + two dodges) it becomes very unreliable to pin some classes when they run away. As a guardian I have one trait that every 45secs on a 50% chance on critical with my hammer i can chill the target for 3 seconds its not really that great. With the hammer if i use it i get 1 3 second immobilze every 15 seconds that easily dodged The one on the scepter works better but after that 3 seconds is up they are able to run away gain away. Also Ring of Warding it SEEMS like people escape from it by dodging? Just SEEMS that way. Or my hammer knock back SEEMS to knock them free of it also. A Cripple Rune would be nice only to make a little less of a pain to keep on top of people.
