Its not too bad, but Mesmers greatest asset is that they are hard to hit. Once you have burned through your clones and they have you, can be rather squishy. Knights amulet is a good choice as its still powerful enough. Or go soldier, but expect longer fights.
Never go beserker, but I have that saying for all classes really. Beserker is fine for for hotjoin I guess, but not tPVP.
As for the heal, personally I like the 15second one. I forget its name, the one that reflects projectiles whilst healing. I find that one to be perfect, as the bigger heal with the clones up just feels like its either not enough or too long.
Sword and something, is always a good choice.
Staff isn’t my personal choice, but it is good. Although I seem to recall something about a bug, but dont quote me on that.
Otherwise yeah, its a decent enough build. Great thing about mesmers is most builds can work to an extent. The healing amulet is the only thing I would question as we dont have a great deal of heals all the time and it seems a wasted stat. But if it works for you go for it brah.
