I agree with you about amulets. It’s a lazy fix. The problem is the amount of sustain the traits and skills provided, especially in HoT, not the amulet. The most obvious example being revenant tanky as hell with a berserker or viper amulet…

And chaos armor… why???

Yeah I’m not really sure on their decision on chaos armor, there are plenty of other things that need to be looked at other than this, bugs for example. Wasn’t needed, the mechanic was fine to begin with.

I also would like to see Anet split PvP off and balance separately but they’ve said that they won’t do it.

I think you make a fair point about the central issue being alacrity. It’s possible that just nerfing alacrity would be enough by itself.

I was surprised to see that they decided to nerf the blind from chaos armor rather than put an icd on chaotic dampening though.

What do you mean they’ve said they won’t do that?

Sigil of Energy: the functionality of this Sigil is changing slightly. Instead of granting 50 endurance on weapon swap, Sigil of Energy will instead grant 5 seconds of vigor to the player with the usual 9 second ICD. This change only applies to PvP.
