So first, I am only 35 ish (got like 4 in the 30’s, cant decide on main!). Where are people getting these unique looking weapons/armor in Spvp? Are they 80 and bringing own gear into mists? Also, I just reached rank 10 and the rank 10 vendor does not look like it sells anything different than other vendors?

The higher rank you go the cooler armor you get. You get random armors from chests when you level up, depending on your rank and also from tournaments. You can also salvage these armours and get materiels to make your own.
