Current state of competitive players
cant see image :/
Here is it, had to remove names
Hah, I was one of them. In our defense I have to say that we were testing other professions and builds. I’m playing with the ele since two days a go, so you can imagine that I’m not so skilled. Same for the necro and one of the guardians. We passed the first map smashing buttons.
Is just that we find much better to test things in 5v5 than in 8v8.
I’m afraid better players left or they’re playing paid torunaments.
I really don’t get this post. Simply being a “premade” doesn’t instantly give a team skills they wouldn’t have otherwise. Obviously there is a lot of value to having communication but you still have to win fights. I’m sure there are many premades out there which are just a group of casual players who will lose against strong pugs. I don’t really get the point of calling out one particular group that you managed to get a win against.
It’s not a point of calling out that particular team or whatsoever, but a general drop in quality of pvp players that I have started to see continuously.
If you’re looking for competition, you need to go to paid tournaments. Free tournaments is where premades test out new builds, comps, and classes. So, you shouldn’t expect every premade in a free tournament to put up a solid fight.
Pancakes To Celebrate
I dont rly see the problem :P
They <<win>>the previous 2 rounds with having too many defensive types :P
And they lost the 3rd round vs a team with 2 nukes/dispel boons and 3 characters that can transform boons into contitions/aply more condiotions :P

I certainly would love to, but can’t because even in prime time wait time is far too big ( as you can see https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/pvp/pvp/Leaderboards-for-Qualifying-Points not so many teams )
