Custom arenas should require a rank level before f2p players may be able to enter. Hosts work kicking new players who doesn’t spend 5 seconds to read the rules, game modes or “only for guild members note” ecc. is quite annoying…

This got already answered on reddit.
This is not a f2p-issue. Set a password, or deal with the possibility, that everyone can enter it.
