D/D condition thief vs. lord
Invuln spams need to be nerfed globally. Nobody likes classes that are immune to damage 90% of the time.
Of course, nobody likes being forced to take all of the incoming damage either like Necromancer, so there has to be a middle ground.

What class do you think can achieve that goal?

Thieves with every dodge and block on their spec and Dragonhunters that cycle their cooldowns well.

I have hand multiple matches against him and on his team and i dont see why its a issue because this person is the only one.
One game he ran far and got stale mated. What happened in that game was simply he didnt have the effect to hold 2 people or win the 1 vs 1 so we lost that match.
I posted a pic of another but he ran far and won his 1 vs 1 and then began to win a 1 vs 3.
I can say ive lost to him in a 1 vs 1 but i out performed him in the 2 vs 2 and his team won that particular game.
The question becomes do you see everyone using this build? Answer is no, simply put this is a person who has mastered a class/style of play. No reason to call for help when this is one guy and when other people of the same skill level can handle him on his own area of expertise.
^^ like he said.
I know this build, but its extremely weak against warrior, engi, DH… in few scenarios this build can be good, but in others it is a garbage
So.. I start play scrapper. "
My DH friend was able to win every 1v1 vs him when we played against him. You should see about having a DH on your team watch home.
On foefire you can spec a cleansing water ele and just afk chase him all game to effectively neuter him. You can’t kill him with the ele but you prevent him from doing anything.

That’s a really poor move if you only have one ele though which often happens as you want the ele in team fights where their AoE heals and cleanses are put to good use. Like someone said send the DH to stalemate or kill him.
Another option is to ignore him and win your 5v4 situation on every other point, if the thief goes lord it doesn’t matter, have someone chase him off when they respawn. If no-one is respawning then you’re likely winning the fights and the enemy is unlikely to ever reach 350 points for it to make a difference.
I sometimes play a d/d condi thief and to be honest, it’s an easy build to fight against if you know what to do…
I have a hard time against good DHs, warriors, engis, druids, regular thieves, necros, eles (with diamond skin), and mesmers.
It’s a soft counter to most revs and that’s about it.

Amen to this.
