Guild Wars 2

So for me it happens quite often that i get thrown into the character screen without any problems with my internet(no lagg | no dc in ts/skype | browser working fine).
I can just istantly log back in and after the loading scrren im back in the game, this takes like 20 sec.
The problem is, now with the dishonor system i had 2 of these DC’s and i have already a 30min dishonor period where i can’t play.(In the 2 games we won and it wasnt a real problem that i was missing for 20 sec)

I think it would be good to change the dishonor to kick in after a player beeing disconnected for like a minute or sth. to only punish people who leave the game on purpose.

If somebody has a solution to my DC problem pls tell me, im already re-installing the game cause if i dont get it fixed the game will be unplayable for me.

i got 50 min dishonor now, why? cuz i dced, and returned to game…
i play with my team, so they are not disagree to play with me, so we must all 5 wait my dishonor end???
and every time i take dishonor we would wait more and more? Anet can u suggest any solution of this problem?
and bug skyhammer, today i fall down(again) on respawn, the only way to return in match is log out,.. however it makes dishonor for this?

Agreed with TS. 90% of DCs isn’t our internet problem, it’s game client errors. It’s a bit unfairly to give dihonor for this.

2nd match someone in party disconnects for 30secs; it really did hurt us since our opponents were an out-sustain bunker team, and as soon as they got those points there wasn’t anything we could do about it. We don’t blame our team mate though, but are being made to wait 5 minutes for his dishonor to go away. It is unfair that the one that DC’s feels bad about costing us a potentially nice game, and the other 4 get a bad and rather frustrating game, and yet we effectively all get punished with a 5 minute time out.

problem is that i, as i said get just rwon into character screen without any error code.
mybe i just dont see it because im clicking cause i was in combat but i have never seen a error code and i had this problem so many times already.

I rather like to hear about the suggestion about the dishonor kicking in after 30sec or a minute to dont punish people for really short DC’s. i think the real problem are the guys leaving the game and never coming back.(and the guys standing afk at spawn but they dont get punished anyway)

I think it might be the error 7:11:3:191:101 (or at least that’s the error I’ve been experiencing lately since friday)
I tried things seen on forums but it does not work and at this point I’m too afraid of joining PvP.
