is it random?

having to wait 12+ seconds is almost adding insult to injury :P

Spawn timers are roughly 20 seconds, they occur at 0 – 18 – 38 – 58
Time your deaths and kills around them. Is the timer at 15 and you’re getting stomped? Let him kill you so you have a 3 second spawn.

I don’t think it’s random.. but I haven’t yet discovered a metric for it.

I’d like to know as well.
