Everyone is experimenting new builds, some work, most dont. There is total chaos, soon enough people will discover the best combinations, and things will settle in, stagnate if you must…. for the next 3 months or so. So for the time being, this chaos “feels good” in a sense.

The real chaos to enjoy is the fourms.

I have to agree. This is real fun. I can’t remember when the last time I fought so many various builds, as ppl testing them. After months of fighting the very same builds over and over again this is so needed fresh air to pvp. Loving it

Totally agree, I was going to make a tread on my own, I’ll just add myself to this instead… fast paced, skills seems to matter most, lots of fun!

I’m currently also enjoying the chaos, cant wait for a meta to start emerging so I can start working on some counter builds ^^

You mean figthing something other then Herald Mallyx, Tempests, and Chronobunker, is better? No way! Sarcasm of course. Anything is better then the last meta.

Personally I found cele druid to be the most obnoxious, so i decided to play it…. boy…was it strong?! Went from tier 3 Diamond to Legend in literally 1 day; easy, OP and effective.

I like that people die quickly, but I dont like that fights usually last 4-5 seconds.

I would prefer some middle ground where you could see more than 1 rotation of 3-4 skills, right now the game is too volatile, and CC and condis spam are rampant. We will see once the meta settle.

I’m personally still trying to reliably kill d/p teefs on rampage-less GS/Hammer warr, life is hard, but I’m enjoying it. What I don’t enjoy is swapping weapons and getting 10sec of weakness because the necro just happened to use scepter auto #3 and I gained might on wep swap, or when my sig of rage/balanced stance’s active effect gets completely neutered by a skill than has respectively 1/4 and ~1/3 of the CD but whatever.

9/10 of my last unranked games was just everyone kitten around skirmishing, it’s very refreshing after the unending pip curse of the last few weeks.

I definitely agree with you, I love balance updates.

The problem is, these patches are only fun at the beginning, but after a week people will figure out what’s broken OP and start abusing it. One or two weeks of fun (drinking), followed by three months of misery (hangover). No core issues were addressed, only ,,shaking up the meta’’. Everybody aboard of buff-nerf roller coaster.
