So I’ve been running a chill tank Necro build for a while now and have depended on this rune. As of the expansion it was changed from the invulnerable block of ice for 5 seconds to having frost aura for 5 seconds(took me a bit to figure out why I wasn’t icing). I can live with that… except… you left it at 20% health trigger and 90 second cooldown. With so many ‘one-shot’ builds out there if I’m down to 20% health I’m probably not going to live 5 seconds even with 10% damage reduction and chill. And I can only get this once every 90 seconds? Come on. If you’re going to change something that drastically remember to do your job and re-balance it please. I know 99% of the players are all blood thristy zerkers, but try to keep more tanky builds a little viable.

agreed, they should fix alot of runes. This one first since you made some great points.
