According to Gale’s post in the general discussion section, the devs (balance team) will be live on the forum to explain the balance changes.

That’s astounding. This is potentially a major turning point. GG dev team.

Now please don’t dumpster Mesmer.

Probably live on reddit actually, as it’s more suited for the type of thing they want to do.

Edit: re-read the post, I guess it is official forums. Well, we shall see. reddit is more suited either way.
