solo PvP = 300 Glory and Rank for a Win
Losing team = 0 Glory and Rank
Disable sPvP Daily achievements progress in Solo Queue.
Please disable Glory in Solo Q and give the loser 75 glory and winner 150. there is absolutely 0 resason to have it on during the match and just has hotjoin heroes playing their same zerg gameplay.
If I hear “you suck I got top stat” one more time when we lose I’ll throw something.

I agree on this, there should be no reward for stuff that doesnt help your team like doublecaps or losing a point because you go for a kill. Maybe make the glory/rankpoints earned based on the points your team scored, that way peopel wouldnt stop that often playing when they think a match is lost and losing a match very close would be rewarded more than going afk and gaining 0 points.
I agree Winning team should get 300 and losing team should get 125 though..
To match current scheme anyway.. I mean everyone already gets 120-250 + 150 when they’re winning

The problems with this really start when people start akitteng matches for their 75-150 loss bonus..
It wouldn’t care darnis as long as it made the legitimate players game better.

Why wouldn’t they stoop to farming afk match glory?
I’d wager it’ll have the same effect people will be afk grinding glory at 75 per match..
I like how the glory system is set up that you only get points if you do things… this does of course hurt close point bunkers.. but I guess it’s a small price to pay for not allowing people to afk farm karma..
The problem with glory at this point is that it’s been trivialized by hotjoin. Since hotjoin is BY FAR the most glory per minute, you can’t really use rank as any type of measuring stick. I know people that are rank 45 that have never ran a tournament.
So, I don’t care if losing team gets 0 and winner gets 0. Solo q should be about the win and your shot at leaderboard (once leaderboard actually gets ironed out, cause just like hotjoins, it also has been trivialized).
Also, like I’ve said for the longest time (I had a post about it in September 2012). Hotjoin, if it’s meant to be the stepping stone for new players has to have the incentives changes in order to coach new players on the way to WIN in conquest. But that’s neither here nor there, because after 1 year, no changes (SUCH A SIMPLE CHANGE TOO), I have lost all hope in that.

Especially right now when you can just glory farm so hard in custum arenas it’s not even funny.
I don’t get that though, I play pvp not to grind if I wanted to grind I’d go play pve it’s much much much better done the grind doesn’t even feel like a grind!
It would not annoy me that much if you would get decent points for accomplishing important tasks too.
I mean, attacking the enemy home-node at match start and sometimes even binding 2-3 people there will net you 0 points while all your teammates that stand at your home-node that is uncontested get points for basically doing nothing.
Fixed points would be nice… though 0 for losing would be a bit to hard, 50% (maybe even 25%) for the losing team seems fair.

That is also a good point… it is kinda hard to find the perfect point-system it seems.
