Dishonered In Solo Arena after DC...
A:
The Wiki and this thread might help any questions you have.
Tl;DR:
From what I gather you get a 72h ban once you’ve left a match 3 times within 3 days (or smaller) period, dc or not. Each leave gives you a single 24h debuff and it takes effect once you’ve got 3 stacks (so you can dc about 2 times every 3 days.) I’ve yet to get dishonourable in gw2 so can’t be for sure, 72h sounds extremely drastic.
I don’t think this system will ever change since anyone could easily disconnect their PC or laptop when they want to leave a match to avoid any penalty if it’d be any different. My advice is to keep track of your dc’s and gives the stacks time to disappear before risking a 72h (queue)-ban.
In gw1 Reports also counted, I’m unsure how this goes in gw2, but I doubt such a strict ban will count reports as heavily as gw1 did (gw1 had a 4 stack system, 1-2 for leaving, 1 per report, 30m dishonourable debuff.)
Each stack ticks down separately. If you leave twice, wait 24 hours, then leave a third time, you’ll only be banned until the total number of stacks on you is less than 3.
If you are DCing so often that you get 3 stacks of dishonorable within 72 hours, then the privilege of playing tournament games has been temporarily revoked. Fix your internet, then try again. If you can’t fix it, you don’t deserve to play tournament games.
Thank you guys this explains it and iv looked into the DC issue. As I only play PvP and for hrs at times and never left in middle of game. I will surly remember to wait the time before playing again.
so sad by the way… this system is so bad it’s not even funny.
there needs a way that you can check what level of stack of dishonorable you at, and how long till it away.
