im a dedicated Gw2 player thats why i want to express my feeelings about the current state of the game…
At the moment i am really dissapointed. I play most of the time PvP and WvW smallscale.
My experience so far in the pvp meta is so frustrating. Almost every game I play against 2+ nekros which are almost unable to kill with many classes. But its not only the nekros the whole meta is based on tanky builds which makes the game so much more boring. (I remeber the times where ´berserker´was an option).
So whats the option when i dont want to waste my time at pvp?
Well thats the other problem… the good old times of smallscale are over! At least since the desert boarderlands were introduced. They are too huge and the population is way to small.
And both problems are not since now…mistakes like these were made again and again (like the last pvp season system) and with every balance patch some builds get completly destroyed and are unable to play .
That is it! nothing will hold me anymore to the game (even a gw2 fangirl like me^^) which is really sad!!!

So while i quit this game for a while now i hope anet will read and maybe answer to this… so the community does know you´re responding to the criticism

The meta is as bad as last season, that’s a butterfly effect: Bunkers last season were dominating, then players asked for nerfs. Soon after that bunkers were much weaker, especially Chronomancer which sucks now in the meta.

Unfortunately, one thing bunkers were countering well were conditions, and then Necro-pandemic happened after that because not only did they recieve buffs, but all builds who made necros a joke last season were gone with the removal of some amulets.

So in my oppinion, it’s players and Anet fault that PvP League Season 2 is a disaster, people in this game does not seem to know what balance is for the most part.

LOL no wait, so me and a couple of friends are on. We decide to group up and take it at least our part of Eb back. There is about 8 of us. We take a camp and a tower. Kill 3-4 players in the area defending. We run to the other camp and as we kill the last npc and there is about 20 people and they maul us.

With in a minute they took the camp and tower we took and started farming anyone who tried to leave our respawn point.

AHHHHHHHHHH there was so much death
