To your knowledge is their any diminishing returns in any part of sPvP (Glory, other rewards) the longer you play it?

If it doesn’t, does anyone know the reason that ANet chose to exclude this area of the game from DR?

Because you can hardly generate money in sPvP, all items are account bound.

spvp rewards have no effect on other players, and such no effect on the MMO as a whole. While karma and gold effect the economic stability of the mmo.

SPvP and TPvP are self contained units that have no influence on other parts of the game and are likewise uninfluenced by other parts of the game.
