So, after all the RU, postings on here, or the FAQ, I have not heard one good reason for the removal of glory AT THIS TIME. Why not leave in glory and then stop awarding it when the new rewards are ready. This gives people a reason to keep playing PvP while you are working on the longer term solution.

I cannot think of one good reason to stop awarding it right now.

They have to get rid of the old PvPers so that no one will complain with changes to get the millions of PvErs to play PvP.

Well yesterday Desolation HotM had an overflow so I guess they got PvPers to log in the game once again. Mind you team queue had 2 teams in our bracket and solo queue time was around 5-7 mins. I guess that’s good, right?

I am totally sure they are going to change their plans at this stage, given how for months you people have been complaining how the rewards are terrible.

You miss the point.

For the long term, it is still a TBD if the new rewards system will be better. No point in discussing it or arguing either way until ANET gives us some information.

For the short term, is there any valid reason why they would remove rewards? It seems to make a lot more sense to keep the current rewards system in place UNTIL they are ready to roll out the new one.
