1 hour queues, what a time to be a alive, this matchmaking is kitten compared to last season.

Just don’t rush the Season and everything gonna be fine.

There is always a priority on people in the same division so it’s pretty normal.

Just some daily games and after doing something else.

If there arent that many rubies/high sapphires the game shouldnt take too long to match me up

I didnt queue at off peak hours, I stopped at 00:00 pm last night after the patch CET, and started todat 11:00 AM CET, that’s not off peak hours. I just won most of my matches.

What do you mean by that? worth to note tho, my team were all soloq and they had 3 premade. We won by like 500-250.

1. Take your time.
2. Breathe through your nose.
3. The queues will get better the longer the season is out.

There are players, it just that their kittenty matchmaking takes forever. Match me up with the players that dont have a life then. I saw several sapphires and rubies in the lobby, sure they all didnt queue, but im sure some did.

For instance i just want my 10 wins on thief and mesmer and i dont play thief and mesmer. Im in sapphire with 1 win and im not planning on getting to legendary since there is literally no reason too other then a title.

Anet PvP league is not good, in season 1 & 2 i had ques up to 30 min. Many other players posted 1 hr+ que times. These players are being punished and for what?

If a ESL player is in emerald at the end of the season im pretty sure we can all say thats not his actual skill rank. Anet needs to give up on this PiP system and reward players for playing the game.

Hes right actually i won like 14- 16 games in a row got to ruby then i had to log out cause i spend more time in ques than actual playing almost.
Im talking 7- 9 minutes in peack time.

Players have to be rewarded for participating and winning game, losing in ranked shouldnt be rewarded. I know you want your backpiece and why not; but rules shouldnt be change to please the selected few.

And the average Q time in Saphire is 3 min (prime time)

I already made my back pc early last season when i started kitten and got to Legendary 2 in season 1. So not to worried about that and my points seemed to be missed.

1- Achievement Points
Its hard for alot of people to care about much in PvP since diversity is horrible. I myself am only trying to get AP points. The only way i can do it in PvP is by playing thief n mesmer. Not my 2 best classes and im already in sapphire. This isnt good for people i play with or myself.

2- Change the system
Its not my fault im playing thief & mesmer, anet made these the options for points instead of just allowing me to play to win. You didnt get on top of the old leader boards by randomly picking a class and getting 10 wins with them.

3- Que times
Which brings me to the real issue. Maybe que times are 3 min for you in prime time. I on the other hand not so much and ive only won 1 match, dc 2 times, and lost 4 others.

I said it in season 1 and made a thread about it after i had to face multiple ESL teams in a row. I said its fine give me these matches but give me my achievement points and my rewards.

Im sorry but its not ok that the better players in this game have to wait longer, play better, and carry lesser players to get to legendary.

The OP in this thread shouldnt wait 1 hr. Everyone knows if they can hang with the best players or if they die in every single fight.

All im saying is give me my AP points, better rewards, and a certain game requirement to play each day and bam we are not all sitting here for hours on end to do dailies.

LOL no you are right, season 1 i really wanted it. Got to Legendary 2 almost 3 but fell back to 1.

Season 2 que times really made it so after i made it to legendary i didnt play anymore.

Already in season 3 i know this drug as GW2 to be done, its just not fun anymore.

Like i see you here more in the past 2 days then in game.

Im pretty sure the both go hand in hand, if you have kittenty matchmaking you get longer queues, last season queues were much better then this season. And they changed the matchmaking again this season.

op, your hour long queues are a mark of prestige right now. you should be proud. you beat the game. come back in a month and it will unbeat itself in the meantime and you can grind some more.

GJ OP, now actually try solo Q’ing with an account with less than 50% win rate. Then you’d get much poorer matchmaking and you’d really have to earn it. This thread is the perfect example of the snowball effect glicko is having without being reset every season.
