When I play the game, I zoom out as much as I possibly can.
I want to see as much as the game allows me to get a better view of the field.

Why in gods name does it zoom me in when I get downed ?
As an asura with an already pitiful camera angle in general, being forced to zoom out every time I’m downed is annoying ( especially since my dodge etc is mapped to my mouse wheel, so I need to press the random kitten buttons I swapped zoom out/in to in order to zoom out. ) Everywhere else, the zoom out is saved. I zoom out once and it’s done. Why doesn’t the downed state realize that I zoomed out all the way and keep this setting ?

WTB zoom lock please !

The camera has been like this since beta my friend, and ppl obviously complained like you’re doing right now nothing has changed. I would like this to be fixed too, is so annoying not be able to zoom out while down. Grrrr….

It used to go farther in downed state, but they wanted to nerf thieves being able to actually see somewhere good to teleport to while downed.

its to emphasize the DESPERATION of downstate. dramatic effect just like in hollywood
