Guild Wars 2

Is anyone experiencing a non-drop of Slivers and Crystals? I’m r17 now and I’m only getting orbs from golden chests. In my playtime I’ve only once gotten a sliver; are these droprates correct?

im rank 17, used all my glory for gold chests, many tournament chests of different quality and still got only 3 slivers and maybe 5 crystals, seems low

Drop rate on slivers and crystals is very low, and I think ANET lowered it without mentioning it.
I bought like 20 copper, 10 silver, 10 gold dolyak chests, salvaged everything, and got not 1 crystal or sliver.
