Dungeon Reward Tracks
Did you complete the story prior to December? If so they don’t count and you have to do them again.
It is quite possible that some of them were completed prior December.
It would be nice if this little detail was shown on the tooltip or even just the wiki.
It would also be nice if it could tell me which explorable paths I am missing for the dungeons I never completed rather than just telling me that I have completed 3/4 paths, but I won’t hold my breath on that one.
You need to complete the story mode again. Personally I find this whole system absurd – why should we be forced to do PvE content to access PvP rewards?

You’re not. That’s why they put them on a rotating cycle.

So this is another way to force old players to repeat content?
It doesn’t force you to do anything. It says if you want a dungeon reward track you have to complete story or wait for it in rotation.
extra dodges, real stability, mobility skills,
burst skills, sustain, or good support. GG ANET.

Yes, but I have already completed them, but in order to get the same level of benefit that a new player gets for completing them I have to do it again.
As they system knows that I have completed them as I can still open explorables, why can it not recognise this in PvP Reward Track selection as well?
My point is even more fundamental. Why should I have to PvE get PvP rewards? PvP players can even get legendaries without ever stepping into a PvP arena.

because those are actually pve rewards
I think they should encourage players to do all types of content across game modes. That being said, you are not forced to PvE in order to do dungeon tracks. They are on a rotation system.
Furthermore, story mode is painfully boring/easy in pug groups.
“The jealous are troublesome to others, but certainly a torment to themselves.”
would be a nice motivation if dungeon story mode gave dungeon tokens to those who are repeating them

This. You’re getting Dungeon rewards without playing the most difficult part of the dungeon… you’re only required to beat the easiest part of it to get the reward track. Seems pretty fair to me.

I disagree that dungeon rewards are PvE rewards. Before April 2014, we could craft all dungeon skins in the Mystic Forge with PvP tokens. In fact, that’s exactly how I have most of my dungeon skins in the first place! After last year, Anet gave us other ways to get them in PvP.
Dungeons are definitely PvE content. Dungeon reward skins are not.
