what’s the Cool down for the penalty upon hot-joining matches?

my progression for dungeon track has stopped.
I logged off for an hour or two and it is still not progressing, even though I quit hot-joining.

oh, it is daily. i think.

each day you can only progress 10/40 of the rewards track. i think it is 25% per day

are you positive?
it wasn’t mentioned in the change log though
