I was thinking about this the other night and think it would be fun and make grouping with a few friends in sPVP possibile, simalar to solo que it would be there to serve people who often can’t find a group or who wish to play with there friends without finding other people due to the constraints of getting matched up with a team of 5 who are made from a few groups merging and a group of 5 people that joined the queue together

the reason team arena doesnt work is that i join it with my mate as a 2some and then when it comes to the game we end up losing becuase we are going agasinst a premade 5 group and have 3 people that were random

That’s the risk of going into TPvP without a premade 5. You should probably expect to lose more if you’re not premade.

This can work well, but you have to be willing to let your MMR fall to a level that your group size can support. If you usually play as a group of five, you’ll lose a lot of matches before your MMR gets low enough that your 2-3 man team can win ~50% of the matches.

Even then, team queue population is low enough that the good teams have a far, far higher win% than 50%. So you’ll probably still get them every once in a while.

Still would love to be able to join with a team of 2-3 against another team that is also made of 2-3
