Are the 2 teams from each region going to the wts? If so is china gonna have teams?

As far as I know is that 2 teams in the pro league from NA will qualify for LAN and play each other. The winner of that match will play the winner of the EU pro league LAN., and then rinse and repeat. I don’t believe China will be included until the next World Tournament. Please correct me if I’m wrong.
