Massive lag spikes now happen every day, before it was mostly during the weekend ( from early morning till 9-10 pm UK ) but now….the lag spike starts around 4 pm and last till 9-10 pm.

I can basically only play during NA times when I can, during EU prime time the game is literally unplayable…all my skills activate after several seconds or don’t activate at all.

My internet is fine, I really do believe that the problem is the EU servers..packets loss everywhere

Try running the GW2 Diagnose tool to confirm it’s really Anet’s servers and not a routing issue by your ISP.

To do so, simply right click your gw2 shortcut, select Properties and add “-diag” behind the path to your gw2.exe

This will give you a detailed report of where your connection gets a high ping or packet loss. I had exactly the same issues (even the time you stated is right on), but in my case it’s an ISP issue. Seems like they route my traffic through several toasters before it arrives at Anet’s servers.
Using a free VPN, which you can find all over the internet, fixed the issue for me.

It’s definitely Anet side, I’m running youtube and other programs in the background…just GW2 lags, DC constantly, the game is very unstable
