I have 2 accnts: on NA and on EU. With 160 ms on NA i have way less lag and skill delay than with 30 ms on EU servers. It doesn’t make any sense. Solve me that riddle.

NA servers have better infrastructure?

Well, Anet’s servers are good on EU and if something happens it’s your ISP.

Oh, and you feedback regarding connection is 100% unnecessary.

On serious note,

I gave lot of feedback since Megaserver launch with screenshots similar to the one here.
On forums, if you provide feedback, you dunno what’s the problem, since there is no response.
Support claims that’s the fault of my ISP, routing, PC, kidney, cat, window, air or whatever else.
Sometimes they’ll respond differently by saying they’ll look into it in next life.

After a year, nothing has changed. dcs are the same, they claim it’s not their fault.
Lags occur constantly, it’s not their fault.
Since stability update in March, it became even worse in WvW – soon half a year will pass and still it’s the same as it was.

They can’t maintain properly something as basic as stable connection.
