The tornado at the end of the Earth Overload is not bringing a consistant AoE. Just try it between two golems when standing at the middle: the first tick will hit and the subsequents will not.

Yeah, they didn’t want to take time to make skills that do new effects for tempest, so we even get copies of the same skill, which is something eles were complaining about in the Beta weekends but they didn’t listen.
