I will steal this from the topic pvp 2013 review “I threw my cat against the wall and it landed more burst than you”: Bear (Directed towards Morfeus’ dps guard) i guess we can put the ele instead.

Specially while attuned to earth because churning earth is almost impossible to see and takes almost no time to cast it, UNAVOIDABLE.

I’m going to quit if eles don’t get nerfed.

Really, eles shouldn’t be able to move while casting ANY of their skills. Also, they have too many boons, we need to remove access to boons for them. They also have too many skills, so we should make those skills weaker versions of other skills and give them higher cooldowns.

Cleansing Wave + Cleansing Water is OP, should move Wave to Grandmaster trait.

They have a passive signet heal and can turn invincible to everything twice. They are practically warriors on steroids.

Mistform + Armour of Earth need nerfing, they delay killing a Ele by a few secs…its most annoying and I can only kill the same Ele around 50 times in a sPvP game, I won’t be happy till its a 100!

They are so OP they make me always losing when join my team.
Let me report them for griefplay when join my team – please

Arcane Powa need nerf ’cos crit times five is five times too OP.
Elemental Attunement needs 90sec cooldown also too OP.

Even staff ele is OP xD . One ele killed my entire team with a meteor storm while the 5 of us were focusing him. He then healed all his team to full heal with some water thingies and gave them 99 stacks of might each.

Elementalist signet of restoration does almost HALF AS MUCH healing as the well-known super-OP healing signet and you need to be casting to get healing. TOO OP pls nerf ANET

At any rate, can’t agree that they need a nerf.

For all of you who think Ele is not OP think again…. they have access to 45 skills in one build with 4 conjures 4 attunements and they have immune to condies stab on 10s CD most burn uptime for any class

I don’t know at what level you are pvping but the only thing viable at the moment is bursting with a scepter ele.
And even that requires an insane amount of coordination to play.
You won’t be doing that damage if you’re focused.
I mean really, who lets a Scepter elementalist unleash all that burst for free?

I know guild wars 2 can be a total cluster kitten sometimes, but you really should be checking it out.

Sure you can go Staff ele aswel, but are you really going to tell me that’s viable without running it zerk?

You can also go tanky D/D but that seems fairly balanced, you are pretty tanky deal decent damage.

Im top page of the team leaderboards and I can assure you eles are the strongest class in tpvp my team runs 3 eles and we win every game im 102-4 since the sec 10th updar

I think elementalist has been out of control for a long time. I mean, one pheonix does as much damage as backstab. And when the staff eles go behind keep on Niflhel and cast Meteor Shower? That’s like hacking. They shouldn’t be allowed to go back there tbh.

Yeah especially thiefs are pure prey. why even use something other than zerkers…

I got a level 32 ele, and i can’t stop laughing. Even at amateur level, i can tell you that all the Ele skills are easily negated, with RtL being the only exception.

This is just a major L2P issue. Stop crying over trivial matters and focus on the real issues.

you also need to nerf Nerf guns…they fire darts too fast that stick to my forhead….

Anet had to buff Healing Signet and Necro’s to counter us Ele’s.

It is still not enough…

Just got word from a certain dev… Eles are being removed from the game and are being replaced with a new light armor class… passivemancer…. which as the name hints is entirely passive… the only time you need to touch your keyboard is to type on the forum al your complaints…. due to your lack of player skill..

I hope they have Signet Of Passiveness on that class.

The Elementalist downed state (where they spend a good amount of time playing from) is extremely OP. Their #2 ability is a huge hindrance to melee trying to kill them quickly, so that they may move on to the next Ele.

New tactic: Getting all of the elestompers’ attention, and then running away as fast as possible, preferably getting targeted in the process.
Will make them ragequit because they consider ele kills to be free and thus taking them away will frustrate them to the point of quitting.

Double the cast time on the elite pets so they aren’t spamming the field with so much AI.

Take away some of their movement so they can’t run away so well.

Of course they have way too much health and armor.

So odd how it seems the bat of too strong just gets passed around instead of thrown out. I remember a breath moment of time where there was a vocal warrior is op group at launch though we know that was a l2p issue and thieves were more pressing. Then Ele mes and ranger then engi then necro and ranger and war. Tbh wouldn’t be surprised if at the end of January or in Feb there is an actual outcry on the strength of eles once again. Balance team has to get it a bit more in proportion.

Nerf ele’s are you mad haha. People dont play eles becouse they die in 1 sec.
