Guild Wars 2

So after a month or so of playing other games I wanted to come back to GW2 and play sPvP. I own HoT and I like some of the elite specs like reaper and scrapper. When HoT came out I had access to them in sPvP and nowhere else, because of my lack of interest in the living world and PvE crap. I don’t care about much else than competitive games beating down mobs isn’t fun to me. Why am I punished for that?

If you only PvP, you have access to them in PvP.
If you WvW you can unlock them with Proof of Heroics.
If you PvE, you can unlock them with PvE.

What game type where you missing them in?
