I think this idea deserves its own topic: disable elite specializations in ranked pvp.

If it so unbalanced, overpowered and not fun in many cases, why not just disable them? It will solve many problems.

P.S. I have HoT too.

Cause its gonna take months for Anet to do that.

The next balance patch should come out in around 6-8 weeks. Better start using elite specs until the older ones are viable again. Its a sad thing that marketing affects it as well. They want elite specs to be better than older specs just to force people who pvp to buy HoT. Only time tells how long they want to keep it like that.
