Unrelenting assault has no boundary once started. It’ll follow you through anything. Try porting and when the unrelenting assault ends, port back.

It happens when a Rev uses Unrelenting Assault and you pass through a portal.

Personally, I feel that function of Unrelenting Assault is fine and should stay. Gives a counter-skill to Portal.

Just place the portal next to a wall.

Unrelenting assault has a precast, when they lift the sword in the air, trying to channel the mist magic, only when the first strike starts, he will follow you.

Basically if you open portal, hit F so fast, that the precast of the revenant never can catch up to you. If he started UA never use portal, bad idea. Use an evade or blur first, then enter it.

There’s plenty counterplay to UA following portals.

I do the same thing by just running off point. I +1d a fight at far where the point was 1 tick away from being neuted. The enemy rev used Unrelenting Assault on me. Knowing he would end up wherever I was when the cast was over, I simply ran off point. He ended up way off point, and my teammate got the easy neutralize. It’s fun when such a strong, borderline OP skill can be used against them.
