maybe there alreay exists 1, or maybe im wrong here but…
i think we need to give some ideas to the game makers for balancing. not sure if they play the game and play it on high level but. Atm what i see with the balances is pretty much Fillers. so i would like all people to give their opinion about classes, buffs/nerfs to give some ideas for them.
heres my thougt :
Sigil of energy should be just available for 1 weapon and not 2. because it means that everytime some 1 changes, u can dodge.. and when a mesmer has 2x energy on both of his weapons or a elementalist i think its pretty much… too overpowered. Trust me this is the literally OP. i can actually become 9 second totally Not hit able.
you just open with staff, chaos storm. (dazing enemy and giving urself aegis) then just dodge twice (2 second), change weapon, number 2 (4 second) you dodge again (sigil of energy ftw) and that is 5 second. you just press f4 with 3 illusion, and oh im 9 second invulnerable. and meanwhile number 2 is ready and u use it and thats 11 second. and funny thing is, if u get below 50 % and u have the trait, thats another 4 second.
Mesmers should have a reduced damage when they Aoe mind wrack. the more it hits, the lower the aoe gets. I had a time where i got a trauma from a mesmer. it killed 3 ppl from full hp to 0 because we hugged each other. if thats not op i dunno what it is. And i think that mesmer should have 0.25 second delay on the illusions for Only mind wrack. But the mesmer itself will shatter instantly, so basicly if u see a mesmer shattering himself and he got 3 illusion up, that means u got time to respond. instead of rng dodge and hoping he misses.
The number 2 skill of mesmer should have a longer cooldown than 8 second. i think it should be around 10 second the least. because having a 8 second cd on blurred frenzy and becoming totally Invulnerable and still managing to hold a point is actually pretty stupid i think. same with F4. I’m actually wondering why a ranger’s signet of stone won’t hold a point when a mesmers number 2 and f4 will still hold a point wich is together 6 second invuleranbility. and the mesmer can do it way more often than a ranger can so i actually don’t see the point why a ranger Will get decapped if he uses it. and mesmer not? and the funny thing is, when a engineer and elementalist become invulerable by mist or elixir the point gets decapped while a mesmer can just become for 6 second invulernable and Not being decapped. and now im comparing ranger and warrior. Isnt the warrior and ranger signet of stone the same? so why does a ranger lose a point, while a warrior can stand on it with no taking no damage ?
A mesmers Illusion of life needs nerf in my opinion. it has a 3/4 cast time and it has 130 second cooldown. and if you stomp some 1 it’s fully revived. i think it needs a higher cd OR a higher cast time to balance it a bit. if cast time is long, the cd is alright. if the cd gets higher. the cast time should be the same.
Thief need a bs nerf by 10-15 % and a dancing dagger iniative reduce cost or either buff the damage. because nobody is using dancing daggers, its broken. it has so silly damage
if i remember right it was a 40 % nerf. yes 40 % Each hit and it bounces x4 and if it doesn’t crit it does 500 damage. wich is silly. And thief needs a reduce range of heartseeker. the range atm is 450. make it 250. and make the shortbow bounce of number 1 get reduced by 10 % since it bounces x3.
And when ur firing a projectile (guardian number 1 of scepter. and if the enemy is holding the button A and spams d d d d the projectile will go “obstructed” it happends with ranger too not sure if it still happends on ranger becuase their attack speed was increased. and im not sure if this is a bug or if its intended but… ur making a guardian and ranger useless of enemy strafes with A and D. if ur making the attacks faster i think it’ll be fixed.
A elementalists Backdraft makes u fly like maybe 200 range. and in the middle of flying u can’t break out of the stun. so basicly if he backdrafts and you instantly teleport away, it doesnt help. u’ll be still stuck and immolized. u have to wait until ur totally standing still, then u can break out of the stun. but im not sure if this is intended or not. And i think they need a little healing nerf. no 1 in the world can kill a full bunker ele. your gonna need specific classes to kill it or else Noway. it has sustained heals, good kiting, and it can get protection up and just wait for his next attunement.
