Guild Wars 2

Ground-targeted skills will automatically cast at your selected target’s location. If you have nothing targeted it will cast at your feet.

This will greatly help Elementalist/Engineer.

I don’t think many people want to lower the skill cap of this game even more.

Don’t see how it would lower the skill cap, since your not using aoes where they would go, it could cause them to miss.

I’ll share something that i have kept secret for the past years+

if you place ur cursor on top of ur health bar or mini map! all ground targeted skills are aimed at your feet!

now that the secret is out, its time to logg on the game ;p

Fast cast targeting bugs out at times and will cast on your foes location. Mousing over any UI element will cast at your location.

Adding the suggested would have to be a different setting because the current setting (without the stupid bug) is fine as is. Sometimes you want to use the skill where your foe will be, or where your dragons tooth will land for example
