a perfect example of a fundamentally flawed system, yet, I don’t see why anyone cares anyway because the reverse is also true in which most teams are just farming pugs. (and no rewards of course)

You have to be logged in, and assuming you are in the top 1000 your name will be highlighted when you find it.
