Since we still will be gaining rank but not glory, I wonder if we will still be able to get the rank finisher every 10th rank (while they are still phasing out everything ofc).

Don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to. I think one of the main reasons they decided not to go through with removing ranks was because people like the finishers you can earn.
