Free Tournament Tokens

How do you obtain these? I used to do ‘free’ tournies for these tokens, but now i get a different type of chest due the new pvp system.

The problem with that is that those 3 rounds take absolutely AGES to find groups for. I was in queue for well over 2 hrs yesterday trying to find one lol.
