With today’s MMR reset and Anet’s brilliant idea to have everyone at an equal starting MMR, you would want to skip SoloQing for the next few days.

It will save your the trouble of playing constant 3v4 or 4v5 matches with r5 newbies, afkers, leavers, etc. Let all the scum tank down their MMR below the starting value, where you will be as well. Then, when it settles down, I hope we will have a bit more enjoyable matches.

I think your wrong.

Leavers in the long run will be equaly on both sides.
But there is MANY more new players to basicaly farm right now. It was same half year ago.
It is also easier to get a good head start and then try to hold it, than to climb the ladder from bottom.

I played 5 matches, they werent that bad. ^^
…However, I had the unexpected honor to play Skyhammer 3 times in a row xD

You probably should censor the other players names.

And even if there are “low ranks” on the teams, they are on both side. So, at least they aren’t distirbuted unfair.
The issue with the leavers has in my opinion nothing to do with the MM, and more with the fact that there is no hard punishment and that a lot of players are idiots.

Oh, forgot the last one. Like I expected anything else then a complete failure. ^^

And the distribution is bad… why do I have to play with or against r6 guys?
I did not censored anything for two reasons. Getting blamed for “fakes”, and wanted to show there are few guys that are in every match-up.

Yeah, it’s pretty bad out there right now. I’ve done about… oh, a dozen matches since reset. I’ve had four 4v5, one where the guy akitten for half the match and then left, two or three matches with level 1-10s, and then a win or two and maybe one match that was a loss but it was a solid game.

Whatever. It is what it is. I’m trying not to let it get under my skin, but, Sweet Jesus, it’s hard. I’m starting to see why people snap in team chat with every passing round.

It’s REALLY hard to have your rating depend on a team of random strangers, some of which are not very good yet.

I was thinking that with the MMR/leaderboard reset there was going to be a 10 match stabilization period before people would be on the leaderboard again. Strange.
