I’m rotating, I’m trying to avoid 2v1 situations, I’m supporting… but I can’t do it all! So, my teams losses. I own that I am part of that. What frustrates me is that the ONLY way to move up is to win which means that as time goes on my teammates will only get worse and my chances of moving up will decrease even if I do everything right on my end.

Can’t pips go up based on personal performance?

Right now this feels like the old grind ladders just with a fancy UI.

On the positive side we are on day #2. I would say by Monday of next week most premade teams will have advanced through Amber and be will into Emerald if not further along (even the causal premades that only play on weekends) so you should begin to encounter more pug teams in Amber and Emerald next week.

It’s already a little better at amber. When I started earlier today, I lost 8 in a row before I got my first pip. This evening the games are more equal and I won again.
